Little gem on Lygon St. Beautiful food and lovely service in a cosy place where staff are more than happy to explain all the delicious dishes and sweets. The fried Kebe were a highlight and loved my falafel wrap. I also tried the Syrian coffee which was delicious! We will definitely be coming back!

Update: just tried the new Dubai pistachio baklava and it is very good I have been a regular customer at Trio - Palmyra for 5+ years. It's a lovely respite from busy Lygon Street - the coffee is good - the vegie & labne pie & Trio pie are a great, tasty lunch option - when I'm hungrier the falafel or meals are tasty and wholesome - the range of baklava are great for gifts or taking to a friend's place to share as they are not as syrupy as other baklava - the hummus & dolma are tasty & perfect for snacking

The shawarma was very fresh and tasty, and the Syrian coffee lived up to my expectations - it is very similar to Turkish coffee which I already tried and love many times. Service was friendly and fast as I was the only one there at the time.
